Tracing of any of my works - linearts, photos or full paintings - is 100% not allowed. No artist should trace anything, whether it be a photo or another piece of artwork, as this does not teach anything and is disrespectful to the artist, especially if done without permission.

:bulletred:Referencing/Re-Painting
I'd rather you not use my artwork as a reference. The anatomy is not 100% correct and is sometimes stylized, therefor not making a good learning tool. Use photos, please. I also do not allow people to re-paint my work, even if it's in a different style or you change a few colors here and there, and call it your own. Don't ask to, and don't even try to do it without asking.

:bulletred:Editing/Manipulating
I do not allow people to paint over or recolor any of my work. Lineart is also not to be colored in without permission. If you are interested in photomanipulation, I suggest using photos, not artwork.

:bulletred:Posting on Other Websites
I do not allow my art to be posted on forums, personal websites, photo-sharing websites, myspace/facebook, and it is not to be used in videos on YouTube. Please do not ask.

:bulletred:Re-Posting on DeviantART/FurAffinity
The only time I will allow anyone to re-post any of my work into their own dA/FA gallery is when it is a paid commission. I do not allow this with trades, requests, or kiribans.

:bulletred:Re-Use/Copying Personal Characters
This is 100% prohibited. My personal characters belong to me and I will not allow "fan characters" to be made. Altering the designs of any of my characters just slightly is also not allowed. You may not use any of my characters in roleplays, stories, webcomics or comics without permission. (And permission of this would be very difficult to get.) Gift art and trades, however, are muchly appreciated and allowed. ;)
Note: Trades will only be allowed when trades are opened. If you are unsure of this, note me. I may or may not say yes.

All artwork in this gallery is protected by COPYRIGHT LAW. Violation of the above terms is punishable by law.
